Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor team of junior accounting/tax consultants
- Deliver expert tax planning and compliance advisory services
- Prepare complex financial statements and tax returns
- Lead client relationship management and stakeholder communications
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Develop training programs to enhance team technical capabilities
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 5 years of accounting/tax consultancy experience
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent)
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
