Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Provide guidance on accounting procedures and tax matters to department staff
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and update accounting practices accordingly
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or tax coordination
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh 21)
- Certification in tax (Brevet A/B) or accounting (Akuntan Publik) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in healthcare industry accounting is advantageous
