Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Oversee tax compliance processes including preparation and filing of PPh, PPN, and local tax returns
- Develop and implement robust internal controls for financial reporting accuracy
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and process efficiencies
- Stay updated on Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA certification preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience with tax compliance focus
- Proven experience managing accounting operations and financial reporting
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, VAT, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Leadership experience with ability to develop and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
