Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance
- Oversee tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting for provincial and national authorities
- Manage accounting team performance, training, and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate financial strategies with business objectives
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and accounting standards to update policies
- Prepare executive financial dashboards and analytical reports for decision-making
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation with minimum 5 years managerial experience
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, BPHTB) and PSAK standards
- Proven experience leading tax compliance, planning, and dispute resolution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Certified Public Accountant (BPK) or Tax Specialist certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation/reporting
