Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with Indonesian GAAP/IFRS.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all corporate tax returns (e.g., PPh, PPN) and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and management, regarding financial matters.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting staff, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven fluency in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is absolutely essential.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) and comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet Pajak) is highly preferred.
