Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including monthly and annual tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial audits and periodic reviews.
- Reconcile bank transactions and monitor corporate expenditures to ensure budget alignment.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and digital records for easy retrieval.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or tax administration.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian PSAK and tax regulations (UU Perpajakan).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity.
- Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
