Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filings according to Indonesian regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and accounting records
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies for the organization
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on tax compliance experience
- Over 3 years in a Public Accounting Firm environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
