Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and month-end closures
- Oversee tax compliance, including preparation of corporate tax returns and managing tax audits
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and financial integrity
- Coordinate budgeting processes and provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Mentor team members through performance management skills development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 degree)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, BPHTB) and accounting standards
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
