Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and general accounting entries on a daily basis.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns (PPh & PPN) in accordance with Indonesian Tax Law and regulations.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently, including verifying invoices and payments.
- Conduct internal audits and implement internal control measures to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during tax season and audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or tax officer role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
