Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and organize all physical and digital accounting documents and financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
- Monitor and apply current accounting guidelines and regulatory updates to internal processes.
- Support the finance department with daily bookkeeping entries and data reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports and budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business course.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of current accounting principles and local tax regulations (BIR compliance).
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve discrepancies effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
