In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in our day-to-day accounting processes and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
As our Accounting Assistant, you will manage essential financial tasks including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and monthly bank reconciliations. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, possesses strong analytical skills, and maintains the highest standards of data integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of company payroll for staff members.
- Maintain and organize general ledger entries and ensure all records are audit-ready.
- Support the finance team in generating monthly financial reports and budget summaries.
- Assist in tax compliance and the preparation of required government financial documents.
- Monitor and track office expenses to ensure adherence to company budgetary guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict monthly financial deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and labor laws is a significant advantage.
