Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily expenses and ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions
- Handle petty cash disbursements and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
- Provide support in processing payroll and ensuring timely salary disbursements
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are accurately maintained
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement efficient accounting procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and team members
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
