Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage and organize financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation
- Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring they align with budget allocations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
- Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry standards specific to the trading sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the trading industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
