Tanggung Jawab

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing and preparation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and schedules for management review.
  • Organize, maintain, and update financial files, records, and documentation.
  • Support the accounting team with audit preparation and tax filing assistance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any Business-related course.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a general accounting or accounts payable/receivable role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP B1) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
