Private Advertiser, a dynamic company in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join their finance team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for numbers and financial accuracy.
As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for processing invoices, encoding expenses, and preparing daily sales reports with precision. Your contributions will ensure that the accounting department runs smoothly and financial records are kept up-to-date.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and verifying invoices for payment
- Encoding company expenses into the accounting system
- Preparing accurate daily sales reports
- Assisting with account reconciliations and month-end closing
- Supporting payroll processing and expense tracking
- Maintaining organized filing systems for financial documents
- Collaborating with team members to improve accounting processes
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in accounting or finance, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong attention to detail. Experience with accounting software is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting assistant role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work on-site in Paranaque City
