Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Verify and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Manage and maintain filing systems for financial documents
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
