Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily processing and recording of financial transactions and journal entries.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Basic knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance standards.
