Tanggung Jawab
- Support full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Process journal entries, expense reports, and vendor invoices with strict adherence to deadlines
- Contribute to financial analysis projects including variance reporting, budget tracking, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (PFRS), internal controls, and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end/year-end closing processes
- Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit preparation activities
- Utilize ERP systems and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA candidates preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates may apply)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical data handling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
