In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations. You will support the accounting department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain and update organized electronic and physical filing systems for financial documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget reconciliations.
  • Manage petty cash funds and ensure all disbursements are properly documented and authorized.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to reconcile billing discrepancies and payment schedules.
  • Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure accurate daily tracking.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical inconsistencies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
