Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and expense reports with high attention to detail.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and monitor discrepancies in ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing reports and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital accounting records for audit readiness.
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve billing inquiries and reconcile project-related costs.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and documentation requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles; fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and financial integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax compliance and general accounting principles (GAAP).
