In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset (FA) subsidiary ledger, ensuring accurate monthly depreciation calculations, and recording critical payroll-related transactions. You will handle final pay settlements, process employee advances, and manage expense liquidations with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset (FA) subsidiary ledger accurately.
- Calculate and record monthly depreciation for all company assets.
- Process payroll-related transactions, including final pay, advances, and liquidations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Support the finance team with general ledger activities and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and fixed asset management is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
