Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for accounting-related inquiries.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting department as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in an accounting support role or similar position.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Makati City, Metro Manila.
