As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for managing invoices, processing cash advances, and handling liquidation requests with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Manage and process cash advances and complete liquidation forms accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized financial documentation, including filing systems for receipts and vouchers.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing supporting schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Perform general clerical accounting tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
- CPA licensure is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with shipping or logistics accounting is a plus.
