Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare bank statements.
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and prepare necessary reports.
- Support the Senior Accountant with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, BSBA in Management Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
