Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily financial entries and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records and filing systems.
- Support the finance department during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect expense reports and required liquidation documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping; fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarization with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
