Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in tax preparation tasks, including BIR compliance and regulatory filings.
- Support the Accounting Department with month-end closing activities.
- Prepare periodic reports and summaries of accounting activities for management review.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial discrepancies.
- Residency in or near Pasig City is highly preferred.
