We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic finance team in Las Pinas City. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring smooth operations across our accounting departments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). You will act as the primary point of contact for coordinating with external partners, including banks and various government agencies, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including recording transactions and maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable by processing invoices, verifying documents, and ensuring timely payments.
- Handle Accounts Receivable activities, including issuing invoices, tracking payments, and preparing aging reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with banks and government agencies for documentation, payments, and compliance matters.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and financial statements.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with external parties.
