Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
