SosaJB Property Management Corp. is looking for a dedicated Accounting Assistant to support our finance operations in Makati City. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices efficiently.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciling bank statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of BIR filings and tax documentation as required.
- Support the Finance Manager with audits, budgeting, and other special projects.
- Manage and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
