- Process and record financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts receivable collections and payment follow-ups
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support financial audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to numerical accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
