As an Accounting Assistant, you will be the backbone of our fixed asset accounting operations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of asset managementāfrom tracking acquisitions and disposals to executing precise depreciation calculations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive fixed asset registers with high accuracy.
- Track all new asset acquisitions and coordinate the disposal of retired assets in accordance with company policy.
- Calculate monthly depreciation schedules and ensure timely posting to the general ledger.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial records match physical assets.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor internal compliance and participate in periodic physical inventory audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to verify asset details and document changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on fixed assets or general ledger management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial data and spot discrepancies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing finance team.
