Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain organized financial records, filing systems, and digital databases.
- Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
- Support the accounting team with month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
- Handle payroll data entry and assist with tax documentation and compliance checks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
