Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in maintaining and reconciling financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute invoices to clients and vendors
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Manage and organize financial documents and records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop accounting skills
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
