Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Perform accurate data entry of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital financial records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Assist in the preparation of government-mandated reports and tax filings as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager for special projects or audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
