As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our finance department with daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements as required
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
- Handle cash management tasks, including bank reconciliations and payment processing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and approval of financial transactions
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational company
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations is an advantage
