Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any payment discrepancies or inquiries promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable ledgers and digital filing systems.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and adjustments.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to vendors and ensure timely payments.
- Support the finance team with data entry, expense reporting, and general accounting tasks.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and banking procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other office software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
