Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing for 100+ employees
- Support month-end closing activities through account reconciliations and accrual adjustments
- Maintain organized vendor files and communication records
- Process expense reimbursements and employee advances
- Generate AP reports for management review and audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contracts and payment terms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of VAT, BIR, and other Philippine tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience with payroll processing is highly advantageous
