  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
  • Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
  • Assist in payroll preparation and processing for 100+ employees
  • Support month-end closing activities through account reconciliations and accrual adjustments
  • Maintain organized vendor files and communication records
  • Process expense reimbursements and employee advances
  • Generate AP reports for management review and audit compliance
  • Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contracts and payment terms

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, BIR, and other Philippine tax regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience with payroll processing is highly advantageous
