In this role, you will work closely with management to track financial transactions, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant business. Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily sales reports and ensure accurate documentation of restaurant transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and inventory reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Handle petty cash monitoring and disbursement with strict accuracy.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefit documentation.
- Coordinate with management to assist in financial audits and budget tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role (experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Malay, Aklan (Boracay).
