Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports to ensure accurate financial documentation
- Assist in the reconciliation of sales data with accounting records
- Collaborate with the sales team to verify and document transactions
- Support month-end closing processes by providing necessary sales documentation
- Generate regular financial reports for management review
- Maintain organized filing systems for all sales-related documents
- Identify and report any discrepancies in sales data to the accounting supervisor
- Assist in budget preparation by providing historical sales data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
