Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Manage vendor invoices and expense documentation
- Support payroll processing and disbursement
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
- Assist with audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with finance team on budget tracking and forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Clear communication skills for internal reporting
