In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for supporting the accounting department by handling daily transactional tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital and physical financial records.
  • Support the team during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to verify financial data and address billing inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
  • Monitor and update budget trackers to assist management in financial decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
