Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely billing and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for inconsistencies.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital financial records for auditing purposes.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and local tax filing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus.
