Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile findings with the hospital's ERP/Accounting system.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical and non-medical supplies to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory variance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and pharmacy departments to streamline replenishment workflows.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in stock data, implementing corrective actions to ensure record integrity.
- Maintain systematic documentation and filing of inventory adjustments and purchase records.
- Assist the finance team in month-end closing activities related to inventory valuation and cost of goods sold.
- Ensure compliance with hospital internal controls and audit requirements regarding asset management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in inventory management, bookkeeping, or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with inventory/ERP software.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting and communicate across different departments.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Understanding of general accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic standing and internship experience in inventory are welcome to apply.
