Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with statutory standards.
- Lead the month-end closing process and ensure all account reconciliations are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full tax and financial compliance.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior accounting staff to ensure team efficiency and development.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field.
- Mandatory: Active CPA or CMA certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, ideally within the healthcare, telecom, or utilities sectors.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax compliance.
- Proven experience in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and prioritize multiple projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operational departments.
