Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Support the annual audit process and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to company fiscal policies and tax compliance regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of integrity and attention to detail.
