Join PERSOL's finance team as an Accounting Assistant Manager in the Central Region. This pivotal role oversees the complete monthly closing process while ensuring precision in financial reporting and compliance. You'll lead critical accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to drive financial strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end management of monthly closing processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Supervision of accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and fixed assets
- Implementation and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Collaboration with auditors during financial reviews and compliance audits
- Process optimization initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Mentorship of accounting staff through training and performance guidance
- Stakeholder reporting for financial performance metrics and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel (PivotTables/VLOOKUP)
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Proven leadership in managing accounting teams and cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data
