Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing procedures
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for executive review
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Lead and develop accounting staff through mentorship, training, and performance management
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews and filings
  • Optimize accounting processes through automation and system improvements
  • Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives by providing historical financial insights

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
  • Deep knowledge of Singapore FRS/GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement process improvements in accounting environments
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Strong communication abilities to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
