Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure efficient financial operations
- Oversee month-end closing processes and financial reporting accuracy
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions
- Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven team leadership and supervisory experience
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
