Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Oversee budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting for manufacturing departments
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and internal financial controls
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions
- Supervise accounting staff and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to analyze manufacturing costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN/PPh) and accounting standards
- Experience with cost accounting and inventory valuation for manufacturing
- Leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop accounting teams
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-functional communication
