Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly reconciliations
- Manage vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payment processing
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation systems
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews
- Handle administrative tasks related to accounting operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
